For hardware issues, the support will be over the phone, following predefined troubleshooting steps based on your case.
For software issues, support will be over a remote access application that will be communicated by email, Internet access is a must.
Hardware and Software support requests are billed on a ticket basis, the minimum amount of a support request is 1 ticket.
Each ticket represents 1 Hour, and cost $15.

Currently the only supported payment method is dispatcher after delivery, means after your ticket is resolved a dispatcher will visit your location to collect the payment and give you the receipt.
