On premises support includes providing on site support to existing devices and applications on your premises, such as network issues, Internet, WAN services, LAN, VoIP, wireless, applications, servers, peripherals, endpoint stations running Windows, Linux and Mac, etc ... 

This service also covers installation and configuration of new devices, like printers, scanners, servers, routers, firewalls, switches, storage systems, endpoint devices and applications.

On Premises support requests are billed on a ticket basis, the minimum amount of a support request is 1 ticket.

Each ticket represents 1 Hour and cost $50.

Currently the only supported payment method is cash on delivery.
